I was a world traveling CIA officer. So, what do I know about style? Well, style & fashion can be used to help you stand out or blend in depending on your identity and desired outcome. Both of which change over time. I'm also a speaker, consultant, and writer who helps people reach peak performance and joy by being themselves and connecting with others.
My love of style started when I was a little girl. I watched my mom piece together the most incredible ensembles, always on a budget. I learned from her that style isn’t about dollars spent, but energy put into using color and fashion as an extension of oneself and expression of your personality or even your mood.
Living and traveling in other parts of the world expanded my sense of adventure with fashion, encouraging me to try new things and to periodically reassess my style & shed old layers.
