DO HARD THINGS
hold onto yourself
Â
I’m Holly Stofa—a retired CIA case officer, coach, and writer.
I help people include themselves in the life they’ve worked so hard to build.
Through writing, coaching, and honest conversation, I help you examine what matters, question the expectations you’re carrying, and make room for more of yourself.

A Little About Me
I spent 24 years at the CIA as a case officer, leader, and leadership coach. Alongside that career, I coached high school field hockey and mental performance—work I continue today.
Across those settings, I’ve worked with people taking on difficult challenges and carrying significant responsibility. Today, through writing and coaching, I help people make room for themselves in the lives they’ve worked so hard to build.Â
