Course Content & Exclusions
Decrypt Coaching LLC (DCLLC) and Holly Stofa make every effort to provide a valuable courseĀ and / or coaching experience for you as the client and student, or parent of a client / student. As you USE what you learn, you will master the concepts and find the greatest benefit. DCLLC and Holly Stofa cannot, however, guarantee results as they are client and student-athlete specific. Some clients will utilize the information and skill set provided more than others and results will vary.
"How to Coach the Mental Game During Practices" is not intended for diagnosis or treatment of clinical mental health conditions. All such actions should be conducted by and with the assistance and involvement of a licensed clinical mental health provider.
DCLLC and Holly Stofa accept no responsibility for misuse of content included such as assertions of ability to act as a clinical mental healthcare provider.
By purchasing and beginning the course "How to Coach the Mental Game During Practices" you (client / student) absolve DCLLC and Holly Stofa of any / all liability for any adverse circumstances, events, or outcomes that result from your implementation of content included in the course.
By purchasing and beginning ANY coaching program from DCLLC and/or Holly Stofa, you (client / student / parent) absolve DCLLC and Holly Stofa of any / all liability for any adverse circumstances, events, or outcomes that result from you / your minor dependent's implementation of content included in the course or program.
Refund Policies
"QB Factory 4-Week Mental Toughness Training": NO REFUNDS. (not currently offered - Feb 2025)
"How to Coach the Mental Game During Practices" (not currently available - Feb 2025)
It is important to remember that, like any new skill, it will take time to develop your mental performance acumen. It's worth it to stick it out through the entire program and beyond!
There is a 21 day money back guarantee. If within 21 days, which is halfway through the course, you have explored all offered content, done the self-practices and provided documentation to show that work, and truly believe you are not receiving useful insight, tools, and competence that you'll be able to implement with your team, we'll refund 50% of your PAID-IN-FULL enrollment fee. If you are on a payment plan, we'll stop payments, and retain your first payment.Ā
In order to request a refund, please email [email protected]. Provide your reasoning for your request, respectfully, and attach documentation of your work from the first three modules which will include your answers to all questions provided in the training. Allow 30 days for processing.
